Notes

[1]  The first number refers to the volume and page numbers in Shueisha bunko edition (1994).   The number in parentheses gives the corresponding chapters in the Margaret Comics tankoubon (approximate).  

[2]  In most scenes, the anime dialogues are very similar to the manga's.   Towards the second half of the anime, however, the scenes are restructured so much that most dialogues appear entirely different.   In cases where the dialogues are similar, I have simply provided the anime episode numbers for reference.   For those drastically different scenes (), I have posted the manga and, if available, anime dialogues/pictures for comparison.
